what your credentials are and if you in fact are a doctor. Send me proof of
your credentials and your address and attorneys that represent you.
Obviously you haven't read the facts or you wouldn't be misrepresenting
them as you are. The site a-blast is in violation of displaying
intellectual property beyond its agreed limit. Read the terms of use of the
site a-blast and you will find that you do not have the facts. You owe me

Google Inc. and The Company running A-Blast.org have
informed us about a series of letters and emails beeing
sent to them in your name.

We must inform you that Google Inc. is considering a
breach-of-agreement law suit against your person and the
[ http://www.google.com/terms_of_service.html ] erasure
of your website cowboypoetry.com from all indexes,
search-engines within the Google network and it's
partners networks based on your multiple activities
"Requests for Removal of Links or Cached Materials".
This issue touches international law and U.S. copyright is
not part of the World Intellectual Property Agreement (The
U.S. have not ratified our agreement 1994 and the additional
chapters in 1999). Therefore this case falls under the
jurisdiction of the WIPO / IPNIC and we will proceed with
our standard procedure.
We have now filed the complaint of Google Inc. and the
Company running http://www.A-Blast.org and there is a 14-
day cooling off period where you can agree to settle the
case (which involves the an agreement saying that you will
never again complain to anyone regarding this issue).
If you wish to proceed the settlement, please email us so
we can send you the necessary documents.
The alternative we offer: you use our subsidiray IPNIC.ORG,
a web-site to remove other web-sites. You must simply fill
out the form and send it off. The WIPO will then decide
wheter A-Blast.org will be turned off or not. If IPNIC /
WIPO decides against your claim, you are not entitled to
ever use our IPNIC.ORG services again. Also, this solution
will entitle Google Inc. to remove all contents regarding
your web-site, your poems and your person from all search-
engines, indexes and partner web-sites for the duration of
25 years.
